Size Exchanges and Returns

Product must be in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION and returned with original packaging within 10 days of receiving your order. Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned. DO NOT write on or damage the product box. You will be charged a $5.00 box fee.

1. Instant:
E-mail us at orders@planetonwheels.com or call us at 352-388-3010. Describe the problem and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will ship you the corrected item in the next outgoing UPS shipment. This corrected product plus shipping will be charged to your credit card. You must call UPS to schedule a pick-up of the returning item or ship it from a UPS pick-up location. Please include a copy of your order or a note indicating the instant exchange and your RA number. When your returned item arrives in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION you will promptly be issued a credit on your charge card. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Standard:
E-mail us at orders@planetonwheels.com or call us at 352-388-3010. Describe the problem and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). A credit will not be given without an RA#. Please include a copy of your order or a note indicating the standard exchange. Upon receipt, a corrected product will be shipped out to you. You will be charged for the shipping of the corrected item.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrectly Filled Orders:
Missing Parts and Incorrectly Filled Orders.
When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully for missing pieces, damage or incorrect items. If any of the above has occurred e-mail us at orders@planetonwheels.com or call us at 352-388-3010. Describe the problem and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). A credit will not be given without an RA#. Product must be returned in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION and returned with original packaging within 10 days of receiving your order. If a packing error has been made by Planet on Wheels you will not be charged for the shipping on the corrected order.

Straight Returns:
E-mail us at orders@planetonwheels.com or call us at 352-388-3010. Describe the problem and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). A credit will not be given without an RA#. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products without an exchange. Shipping costs on the returned item are the responsibility of the customer. When your item is received back to Planet On Wheels in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION you will be credited the cost of the item plus tax minus 20% restocking fee and shipping/handling charges.

Shipping Instructions for Returns and orderss:

1. Please include a note inside the box with the reason for return and if another pair of skates has been ordered with your RA number.
2. Wrap skate box in paper or put the skate box inside another box. Damaged or marked boxes will be charged $5.00.
3. Make sure name, return address and RA# is on the outside of the box or shipping label.
